Elvira Nasaysayan, RN, MACP, CMS is the medical consultant for Creative Training Designs with over 17 years of practical clinical experience in the fields of cardiology, neurosurgery, perianesthesia services, orthopedics rehabilitation, disease management of chronic health conditions or multiple comorbidities, and mental health counseling.  Elvie deeply cares about people in their health and well-being.

Yanet Delgado is the graphics designer who makes the training initiatives stimulating and captivating.  Prior to joining Creative Training Designs, she worked with Noven Pharmaceuticals in many capacities providing support of sales, sales training, and sales operations. Yanet has a discriminating sense and natural aptitude for colors, designs, and layouts.

Tom Palmer is a Principal with , and he has over 36 years of solution-based business experience He has built and mangaged two successful businesses that focused on customer satisfaction.  Tom's management and business-saavy skills are utilized to maintain a strong allegiance of customers.
